Travel Booking Hub, operated by Pilmico Foods Corporation, Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, and Aboitiz Foods Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Aboitiz Foods” or the “Company”), is fully committed to protecting your privacy.

As a Personal Information Controller under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), we ensure that all personal information collected through this platform is processed in strict accordance with Philippine data privacy laws and this privacy statement.

The system will provide services such as, but not limited to, land transfer, hotel reservation, travel via air and sea, and function room reservation to an event. 

Our system facilitates travel-related services, including but not limited to land transfers, hotel accommodations, air and sea travel, and event function room bookings. 

To deliver these services, we engage accredited travel suppliers that act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) on behalf of Aboitiz Foods. These suppliers operate independently of the Aboitiz Foods platform and process personal data strictly in accordance with our instructions and applicable privacy laws. Please note that these suppliers also act as intermediaries for third-party service providers (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance providers), who remain solely responsible for delivering the actual travel services. 

We automatically retrieve your personal data from the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and transfer it to this platform. To facilitate your travel arrangements, we or our accredited Travel Suppliers acting on our behalf may collect and process the following personal and sensitive personal information: 

• Basic Information: Full name (as written on your passport/ID), gender, date of birth, and nationality.
• Contact Details: Corporate or personal email address, mobile number, and emergency contact details.
• Travel Documents: Passport number, expiration date, issuing country, and visa information (if applicable).
• Preferences & Frequent Flyer Programs: Dietary restrictions, seating preferences, and loyalty program numbers.
• Sensitive Personal Information: Health-related data (e.g., physical assistance requirements) or religious beliefs (if reflected in dietary choices).

Your personal data is collected and shared solely for the following business-related travel purposes:

• Processing and securing air, sea, land, and other transport bookings. 
• Arranging hotel accommodations and vehicle rentals.
• Facilitating visa applications, travel insurance, and border clearance.
• Managing travel itineraries, modifications, and sending flight/travel alerts.
• Ensuring duty of care, security tracking, and emergency support while you are on business travel.

To fulfill your travel bookings, our authorized Travel Suppliers will share relevant portions of your data with ultimate service providers, including:

• Airlines and transportation operators.
• Hotels, lodging providers, and car rental agencies.
• Government border control, embassies, or visa processing centers (when required).

We ensure that our Travel Suppliers are contractually bound to implement strict physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose (such as direct marketing).

In the course of providing our services, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines, particularly when required for international travel bookings, hotel reservations, or by global distribution systems. We ensure that any such international transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and that appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures are in place to maintain an adequate level of data protection.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the travel purposes outlined above, comply with corporate tax/auditing laws, or resolve potential disputes. Once no longer required, your data will be securely destroyed or anonymized.
