Since then, Vietnam has become an important growth market for the company, serving as a platform for regional expansion and deeper participation in the animal nutrition value chain.

Aboitiz Foods’ newest 3.8-hectare feed mill in Long An, Vietnam, incorporates the latest technology and equipment and began its operations in 2024.

Most recently, Aboitiz Foods further strengthened its footprint through its US$45-million feed mill in Long An Province, which can produce up to 300,000 metric tons of livestock and animal nutrition feed annually. The investment reflects the company’s long-term commitment to supporting Vietnam’s food security, agricultural growth, and the development of a more resilient regional food value chain.

“We strongly believe that the economic relationship between Vietnam and the Philippines has significant untapped potential, especially in agriculture, food security, and sustainable development,” said Tristan Aboitiz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aboitiz Foods. “We remain committed to supporting long-term cooperation, investment, and shared growth between our two countries.”
