From Recovery to Resilience: Pilmico’s Livelihood Kits continue to uplift Iloilo

May 30, 2025

Aboitiz Foods, through Pilmico, together with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. – Microfinance (RAFI-MFI), and Aboitiz Foundation, held a turnover ceremony of Egg Machine Livelihood Kits last March 18, 2025.

As part of its efforts under the Pagdayon sa Pagbusay (Paddle Unceasingly) program, they donated egg machine livelihood kits to families affected by Typhoon Odette in Iloilo. Now in its third year, Pilmico continues to empower families affected by disasters through livelihood kits and technical training. Three beneficiaries from Iloilo received kits to help them start their own poultry businesses, which will contribute to their household income and community food access.

This initiative forms part of the Pilmico Livelihood Kit program, Aboitiz Foods’ flagship CSR project that supports aspiring entrepreneurs with the resources they need to build a better future.
